This program provides evidence-based planning, development and training in health profession activities in order reduce burnout and promote resiliency among the workforce.

Promoting Resilience and Mental Health among the Health Professional Workforce (PRMHW)

PRMHW assists health care organizations in establishing, improving, or expanding evidence-based programs or protocols to promote mental and behavioral health among their employees.

Health and Public Safety Workforce Resiliency Technical Assistance Center (HPSWRTAC)

HPSWRTAC provides tailored training and technical assistance to HRSA's workforce resiliency programs.
