Am I eligible?

You are eligible* if you’re a

U.S. based sponsoring institution of accredited addiction medicine fellowship programs;
U.S. based sponsoring institution of accredited addiction psychiatry fellowship programs; or
Consortium of at least one domestic teaching health center and one domestic addiction medicine or addiction psychiatry fellowship program.
