Faculty Loan Repayment

We repay loans to those interested in pursuing a career as a faculty member at a health professions school.

The Faculty Loan Repayment Program (FLRP) helps recruit and retain health professions faculty members. It encourages students to pursue faculty roles in their respective health care fields.

This is vital for preparing and supporting the next generation of educators.

How the Faculty Loan Repayment Program can help you

As a faculty member, you are in the best position to train the next generation of health professionals.

When you apply for a loan through the FLRP, you can reduce your financial burden while doing it.

Specifically, you will receive:

  • Up to $40,000 in loan repayment assistance
  • Funding to offset the tax burden
